As the Austin Chapter, we're bringing the rhythm of the Live Music Capital of the World to our sponsorship experience! Since we're hosting this year's conference in our backyard, we've tuned every sponsorship level to match the energy of Austin's legendary music scene. From Headliners to Roadies, every sponsor plays a key role in making this event a chart-topping hit. Join us and take the center stage! 



Sponsorship levels and descriptions:
The "Headliner" ($2,500.00): Sponsorship recognition on website, luncheon dedication, breakout session acknowledgement 
One (1) full page ad in program book, 10 minutes for sponsor spotlight chat during a snack break,  Bring and leave your own banner for entire conference to be placed at registration desk for all attendees to see, TAPP attendee list, 10 minutes to address attendees during Expo lunch, Marketing material in attendee welcome bags (must be provided 2 wks before conference), One (1) Exhibitor booth: one (1) table and two (2) chairs, Four (4) tickets to luncheon, Four (4) tickets to social event

The “Featured Artist” ($2,000.00):  Sponsorship recognition on website, luncheon dedication, breakout session acknowledgement, One (1) half page ad in program book, TAPP membership list, 10 minutes to address attendees during Expo lunch, Bring your own banner for 1 full day to be placed in high foot traffic area for attendees to see, Marketing material in attendee welcome bags (must be provided 2 wks before conference), One (1) Exhibitor booth: one (1) table and two (2) chairs, Three (3) tickets to luncheon, Three (3) tickets to social event

“Supporting Act” ($1,800.00): 
Sponsorship recognition on website, TAPP membership list, 5 minutes to address attendees during Expo lunch , Marketing material in attendee bags (must be provided 2 wks before conference), One (1) Exhibitor booth: one (1) table and two (2) chairs, One (1) half page ad in program book, Three (3) tickets to luncheon, Three (3) tickets to social event

The “Roadie” ($1,500.00) :
